Of her nearly seven years with CAMS, Ms. Williams has spent five of them as Business Development Coordinator and has played an integral role in the company’s growth and expansion.

Ms. Williams earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and spent several years working in the real estate industry before transitioning into community management in 2014. Since then, she has shown a true passion for community association management and has exhibited great skill in sales and business development.

In her new role, Ms. Williams will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, supporting and exceeding the company’s internal and external goals, communicating CAMS’ values to prospective new clients, and, of course, bringing in new business.
