CAMS is proud to share that three of our dedicated team members have been promoted to Vice President roles in recognition of their exceptional contributions and leadership:

• Nealie Williams has been named Vice President of Business Development
• Sydney Jones has been named Vice President of Marketing
• Stacey Lenau has been named Vice President of Human Resources

As valued members of our Executive Leadership Team, these women have played a pivotal role in driving CAMS' growth and success. Their leadership, hard work, and passion have made a significant impact, and we are thrilled to see them step into these well-deserved roles.

A little about each of them:

Sydney Jones – Vice President of Marketing

Sydney has led the CAMS Marketing department since 1999, helping position the company as a leader in community management across North Carolina and South Carolina. With a degree in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising from UNC Greensboro, Sydney began her career in fashion photography and advertising.

Her extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Marketing for a rapidly growing real estate and property management company, where she played a key role in elevating their market presence. Additionally, she contributed to the brand development of a nationwide startup tech company. Sydney’s strategic vision, creativity, and deep industry knowledge have driven business growth and expanded CAMS’ brand presence. We are fortunate to have her continued leadership guiding our marketing efforts.

Nealie Williams – Vice President of Business Development

Nealie has been a valued team member at CAMS since 2014, beginning her career as a Client Services Representative. Through hard work and leadership, she advanced into roles such as Business Development Coordinator, Business Development and Onboarding Operations leader, and most recently, Director of Business Development.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UNC Wilmington, Nealie is known for her dedication to building strong client relationships and driving new business growth. Her natural leadership and passion for helping others have significantly impacted our success. We’re excited to see her take on this new role and continue to lead our business development initiatives.

Stacey Lenau – Vice President of Human Resources

Stacey brings over 21 years of experience in Human Resources, with 19 of those years spent at CAMS. Her career began as a Community Manager and Executive Assistant, eventually leading to her Director of Human Resources role. Stacey holds a bachelor's degree from Centre College and has built a reputation for fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Her dedication to our team, passion for employee development, and commitment to creating a thriving work environment have made her an invaluable part of CAMS. As she steps into her new role, Stacey is excited to continue supporting our team and promoting a positive work culture across the company.
