The HOA Division of Goldsmith, a Greenville, South Carolina-based community association management firm, has joined forces with North and South Carolina-based Community Association Management Services (CAMS), expanding its reach and offering their innovative, trusted solutions to more than 600 communities across the Carolinas.
Staffed with more than 300 accredited professionals who work diligently to accommodate the unique needs of each community, Goldsmith and CAMS provide management solutions to over 600 community associations across the two Carolinas, from multi-tiered master-planned communities to small, single-family neighborhoods.
CAMS is an industry leader in technological innovation, having developed Vantaca – the new, cutting-edge software that Goldsmith is currently implementing across all of its community association clients. Together, Goldsmith and CAMS will optimize processes while maintaining a keen focus on technological innovation, ultimately expanding reach in both the N.C. and S.C. markets.
“We at Goldsmith are excited to start a new phase of service-oriented community management with the support of a great company like CAMS,” said Goldsmith owner Tricia Ostendorff. “Our business philosophy is so similar to that of CAMS that it feels like a natural fit. The support and technology CAMS brings will position us not only for growth but will provide us with a solid support foundation to better serve the Upstate area communities.”
On the surface, clients and homeowners can expect to see little to no change in day-to-day interactions. Each company will retain its name, and management teams across both firms will continue to serve their existing clients. Meanwhile, clients will benefit from the increased back-office capacity offered by the alliance of the two firms.
Both Goldsmith and CAMS are armed with the coveted Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from the national Community Associations Institute (CAI), demonstrating their commitment to providing the unique and diverse services that community associations need – all the while ensuring that staff has the skills and experience to succeed.
“We are very excited to be joining forces with Goldsmith,” said CAMS president Mike Stonestreet of the new partnership. “With Goldsmith’s reputation and local knowledge and CAMS’ experience managing large-scale/Lifestyle communities and state-of-the-art technology, together we will create a very strong management team in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.”
Founded in 1991 by current president Mike Stonestreet and joined by CEO Dave Sweyer, CAMS is one of the most successful community association management firms in the Southeast region. CAMS currently operates offices across North and South Carolina.
