Orr has played a vital role in implementing an updated company vision and laying out overall target goals for CAMS since joining the company in December 2019.

Prior to joining CAMS, Dave was responsible for the daily operations of a large community association management company where his duties included overseeing the financial success and management services of two offices, 180 employees, and 400+ communities ranging in size from 6 homes to over 8,000. He has also previously served as Senior Vice President of a large community association management company’s lifestyle division where he was responsible for business development, training, sales, and marketing. 

“Dave Orr came to us with many years of experience leading large community association management companies across the country and has done a fantastic job leading his teams,” said CAMS Owner/Founder Mike Stonestreet. “In his new role as President, we are looking to Dave to take CAMS to the next level as we grow into new markets across the southeastern US. With Dave taking my role as president, I will now be able to focus my time on mergers and acquisitions, culture alignment, and high-level business relationships.” 

As Mr. Orr is transitioned to CAMS President, Mike Stonestreet’s official title will become Founder/Owner. Dave Sweyer will remain CEO of CAMS and his title will be CEO/Owner.
