CAMS Community Manager Gwyneth Morse Earns CMCA Designation

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is excited to announce Community Manager Gwyneth Morse has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

Morse joined CAMS in 2022 as an on-site Assistant Community Manager before advancing to a Community Manager with a portfolio of communities. She previously worked with other community associations as an amenity attendant. Morse is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill.

Morse is delighted to have reached this achievement.

“I’m thrilled to be able to demonstrate to my boards that I have the fundamental skills and knowledge to manage their communities,” said Morse.

Regional Vice President Deanna King, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is pleased to see Morse pursuing educational opportunities.

“Gwyn’s quick transition from Assistant Community Manager to Community Manager, along with earning her CMCA, is truly commendable,” said King. “It’s clear she’s dedicated and passionate about her career. I look forward to seeing her achieve great things and make a significant impact on the clients she serves.”
